  • Polyneon’s fade resistance means your logo or design holds up to sunlight, frequent washing, and abrasion

  • Rich colors make your branding stand out with a professional look

  • Consistent quality ensures crisp, precise embroidery on every item

Embroidery Process Highlights

Digitizing

  • Your artwork is converted into an embroidery-ready file that controls stitch type, density, and direction

  • Digitizing makes or breaks embroidery—ours is the ‘make’ kind. We use top-tier software so your logo doesn’t come out looking like a drunk spider stitched it.

Embroidery Machine

  • Stitches faster than we can drink coffee (and that’s saying something).

  • You want stitches? You can’t handle 15 colors of stitches! (Actually… turns out we can. So bring on the logo!)

Finishing

  • We trim, we snip, we inspect. Liam Neeson voice: we have a very particular set of skills.

  • Finishing touches so good, even Mr. Miyagi would approve: trim on, threads off

  • Quality check: because ‘ain’t nobody got time’ for crooked stitches.

What to Know (So Your Stitch Hits Different)

Design Size & Placement

  • Our embroidery space depends on the garment—up to about 12” wide on big-ticket items like jackets and bags (aka plenty of room to flex your logo).

Fabric Compatibility

  • Works beautifully on polos, hats, jackets, backpacks, towels, blankets, aprons, beanies, and more.

Thread Colors & Matching

  • Hundreds of shades available, including metallics and tone-on-tone.

  • Specialty looks: 3D puff (caps), applique, felt/patch styles.

Wash & Care (Keep It Looking Sharp)

  • Machine wash cold, inside out; gentle cycle is best.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Skip hot irons directly on the embroidery.
